"From the minute I walked in the door, they were just so kind and welcoming, and I felt a lot more comfortable and they were just caring. When my doctor came in to introduce himself, I automatically felt at ease. He explained exactly what he was going to be doing, and he was very kind. He was personable, and I really appreciated that.
