Our team wants to make your surgical experience as easy and pleasant as possible. For your convenience, our offices accept a wide variety of payment methods for your treatment including cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.
After determining a plan of treatment, we will do our best to provide you with an estimated cost before your surgery. Our financial coordinators are happy to answer any questions you may have about payment options for your procedure. We ask the patient’s estimated payment be made at the time of service.
It is the patient’s responsibility to provide our office with complete and accurate insurance information. Covered procedures vary with each insurance company, and our staff will assist you in determining eligibility and estimated benefits. Payment for deductibles, co-pays, and non-covered benefits are due at the time of service.
Please note all patients are fully responsible for all charges regardless of insurance coverage.
For your convenience, we will gladly submit an insurance claim for rendered services. We will ask you to sign a financial policy reflecting acknowledgment and understanding of our policies at your initial visit.
